Hello, I'm Jack....

Hello, I'm Jack. I began a chat a few minutes ago. My problem is that my Sony Bravia tv has sound but no picture. I have checked all cords and cables. There hasn't been a power outage. I have plugged the tv into another outlet but nothing changed.
