I purchased a Samsung...

I purchased a Samsung Q7F 65 in TV. After connecting the TV and the one -connect box according to the instructions the TV continues to display the one-connect box on the screen and will not move on with the setup. I think the cable may be bad. Has this been a issue. I handled the cable gently taking care when connecting it.

Yes to the one connect - HDMI
