Hi Pearl, Why does't my Sony 4K Ultra HD screen show full screen? It shows black bars top and bottom. Screen is 56".. My name is*****: What Sony model do you have? How old is it?

5 months old and latest 4 K model.

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

No problem with any DVD Blu-Ray. -- I have one new 4 K dvd that does show full screen.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your Sony? What happened right before this?

It is not an issue with TV itself. Only With this new equipment. TV works fine.
