Hi, just bought an insignia roku tv ns-39dr510ca17.

Technician's Assistant: How old is your Roku?

The language selection is stuck in English and won't get out of it. I did a factory reset but still does not work. Can you help before I return it to the store.

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

I just took it out of the box set up the roku account and connected the Samsung blurry player
