Flat screen TV.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Its element 64 inch.

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

No other probs..my daughter moved the tv to reach a plug outlet. When doing so the side of the Tv hit the wall. Still have picture. But in light colors their is blue swirls and in dark colors red swirls

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your Element? What happened right before this?

None before she bumped the wall

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

I went to the menu and it appears clear.

Picture looks better in higher brightness.
