My antenna...

My antenna that came with the tv gradually stopped scanning any channels and the channels I could get had lines across the screen and hundreds of little rectangles making it impossible to see anything. Sometimes the picture would just "freeze" and produce no motion or sound. I bought a new rabbit ear antenna which started out pretty good but gradually lost the pictures and sound just as my first antenna did.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any HDMI cables or A/V jacks (red, yellow, and white cables) plugged into your TV?

No, nothing but the antenna connector

Technician's Assistant: Was there a power outage recently?

No, not that I know of

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
