I have CF 396...

I have CF 396 monitor manufactured 3/17. s/n 0pbzhtqj307918m. Several times each day while using it the screen goes blank, and then goes thru the sign in process. I lose the site that I was visiting.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any HDMI cables or A/V jacks (red, yellow, and white cables) plugged into your TV?

No. just the hook up to the desktop

Technician's Assistant: Was there a power outage recently?

No

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

I have talked to Samsung support 3 times, but received no help.

This is a problem with the desktop not staying powered on, if you are required to sign in again.

You can test the desktop using another monitor to confirm this.

The desktop will require a repair.
