I have an E70-E3 Tv and was wondering how can I access Amazon tv

Technician's Assistant: How old is your E70-E3?

About two weeks old

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Menu works but I don't see any apps

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your E70-E3? What happened right before this?

Nothing, it's been like this since I bought it. How can I access the apps
