I received a message on my 65" Samsung TV that my cooling fan is failing.

Technician's Assistant: What Samsung model do you have? How old is it?

It's about 3 years old, don't know the model number

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

It just flashed onscreen, I'll try the TV menu now
