Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your product?

I have Sanyo 1080p It will show the picture and than go to black screen but I can still hear it but no picture

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Sanyo product?

I have turned it on and I get the picture for a few minutes then the screen goes black. I do not know how to troubleshoot this problem.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with it, I need more info to troubleshoot the problem.
- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?
