Cannot acsess netflix states try later

Samsung tv

Technician's Assistant: What Samsung model do you have? How old is it?

Tv is two yeats old

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

As a tv it is working fine

This inability to acsess netflix has happened before. icontacter samsung and they updated my tv then it worked fine until this morning when the problem reappeared
