JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Just bought it Sony Bravia 55' x930
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Cannot get menu to work looking for IR blaster and do not know what that is or where to find it. Also try to change channels and they do not change
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Bravia? What happened right before this?
Customer: It was just delivered this morning and the gentleman did not set it up correctly and left
