I have a Sanyo tv and it's like it is stuck on cable. We have dish network and I don't know how to fix it

Technician's Assistant: What Sanyo model do you have? How old is it?

2011 tv model DP26671

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

The menu changes but doesn't seem to do anything and yes on the sources and input

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your DP26671? What happened right before this?

A month or so and nothing happened that we remember

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
