Hello, I have a Sharp 55 and installed a sound bar but it is a little off on the sync

Technician's Assistant: What Sharp model do you have? How old is it?

Got it last Friday LC-55p6000U, using the digital cable to connect

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Only input right now

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your Sharp? What happened right before this?

Just got the sound bar also, the TV sound seems to be correct
