Just bought insignia Roku...

Just bought insignia Roku tv, set up, worked fine for day and half, then in middle of program screen showed insignia logo. Called support and went thru steps. No luck. They are sending technician. Just checking for solutions. No tv for 3 days, lol.

Technician's Assistant: How old is your Roku?

It's a tv with Roku already in it.

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

There's no way to turn it on now.
