Technician's Assistant: What Toshiba model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?

May 24 2016 The reomote no longer works, can't set clock or use to view DVD or Cassette, Can a purchase a new one??

Technician's Assistant: Who makes your speaker or sound system?

I have no idea it was installed into my tv by GEEK SQUAD from Best Buy

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your sound system?

Every teme I push a button, which are small, nothing happens. I have changed batteries in remote. When I want to watch by DVD and push play the VCR starts to play

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Theater Expert to know before I connect you?

I will have to continue this tomorrow as I have to go now, sorry I don't have more time now. Thanks for you time and I will try again tomorrow
