For hours now my tv repeats the same sound and pic help!

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Phillips is the brand. I think about 1 year pld

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

I can not change the channel it has been doing this since 4am. the sound nd pic just keep recycling

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your Philips? What happened right before this?

JUSt this am. I was just was just watching and being just being bedeviled

I can not think of anything. I just had switched from cbannel 8 to 53 and nothing.
