I changed the batteries...

I changed the batteries on the remote and now everything we change has a voiceover....how do I remove her voice ?

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Samsung 65 8000

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

?? It hapens every time we make any changes?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your Samsung? What happened right before this?

As I stated, it started happening yesterday when I changed the batteries.

b). Select MENU as shown below.

c). From the Home screen, select System.

d). Select Accessibility.

e). Select Voice Guide.

f). Select Voice Guide again.

g). Now turn it off

  1. Press Menu button on remote (top right in new remotes)
  2. Select "Audio Description" from top ribbon
  3. Select "Voice Guide"
  4. Select "Off"

Termonology is wrong plus it instructs you to turn it on not off
