I have a 49" Sharp LC 43n6100 or 50N6000 or 55 n6000 I can't get to the back of the tv to check to exact model Is there a way to upgrade the firmware to HDR?

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Tn is abut 6 months old. Sharp Aquos

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

I have plugged into the HDMI port that is supposed to support 2.0. My new UHD blu ray player says the tv will not accept HDR signals

I hve just discovered that I have a 50" LC50N6000u...finally got to the back of the tv to see the model number. Sorry
