Netflix is loading inconsistently, gets stuck at 25% or 99%, read somewhere need to update firmware on my tv but dont know how to do that

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages when you try to connect to Netflix?

Get that sometimes too, like "having trouble with this show" etc, having no issues wtih amazon prime

Technician's Assistant: How is your internet connection? Have you tried unplugging your modem and router, then plugging them back in?

Yes, and its fine, can watch netflix on my lap top always, never have these issues, just on the tv

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
