Hi there. I have a Sony Bravia KDL-40X3100
JA: How old is your Bravia?
Customer: not sure but I can’t see to tune digital free to air tv
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: tv input is found where and I have 3 aerial input at back. Which one is the correct one?
JA: The TV Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been an issue with your Bravia? What happened right before this?
Customer: i have moved home and can’t remember what to do to pick up digital free to air
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
