JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: two years old? model?42"
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No problem but i only use firestick/sling tv havent used pandora since Menu? No menu will not let me do settings
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: nothing i havent used pandora in months i have been gone..just happened
