Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble, but I'll do my best to help you. Please give me a few moments to review and reply.

Can you please tell me the complete model number of the tv?
What is connected to it? A cable or satellite box perhaps, and connected using the red/white/yellow cords?

Please refund charge. I thought I was talking to Samsung

This is a paid third party support service.

We're all independent techs here, I have no ability to cancel or refund anything.

Samsung will not provide help with this issue.

I can assist you, under the fees you've already agreed to and paid, if you can please give me the complete model number (not the series).
