Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?

LG, 68LN5660

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Since I woke up this AM, but I had a similar problem last week. I worked with an Xfinity teck on the phone. It seemed to be fixed temporarily, by changing the input to HDMI 2. HDMI1 seemed to be occcupied by our previous service provider ATT Uverse.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?

Have you rebooted both the TV and the satellite\cable box by unplugging both from wallpower wait 5 mins replug back in again?if not please do that and let me know if there is any change
