I have a HT-NT5...

I have a HT-NT5 Sony sound bar. I have connected the HDMI cables per the operating manual but when I watch Netflix from my wifi I need to turn the volume up to 32 to get a reasonable sound. This is not the case when I watch TV through my Bell satellite box.

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?

It is a Visio D65u-D2. I have tried using Different HDMI inputs But I have not been able to get any sound doing that.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

This has been going on since I first got the TV and sound bar.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?

No. I'm at a loss as to what try next.
