I have a SONY...

I have a SONY Bravia UHD tv s/n(###) ###-####that will not start every morning unless i rebbot my Verizon FIOS Setop box and I have exhausted 4 Verizon techsupport personnel trying to claim the problem is theirs and they have sent me a new set top box and HDMI cable , nothing works and they are convinced its a Sony problem!

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Two months, checked cables, HDMI ports and have spent over 10 hours with Verizon FIOS technical support. The latest SONY sfw update did not resolve the problem and it appears from online chats that this is a common SONY tv Bravia problem.
