This is about my phone. Can you help?

Technician's Assistant: How old is the phone?

Probably 3years

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Menu works. I get a message that the message box is 100% full and I don't know how to empty it.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I kept getting notices that it was 90% full, then 96%. Now, it says 100%. On my old phone, I remembered how to empty it, but not this one.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Expert to know before I connect you?
