I have a sony kdl 32e400 tv. It does not power up. There are no lights on front panel and no sound from the tv when tv when plugged in. I will type all the troubleshooting i have done in the next

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Expert to know before I connect you?

120v at the outlet. Plug in and no lights or sound. Fuse at power cord good at 0 ohms. Votage on stby line pin 1 of connector cn6401 is 3.28v. 3.2 vdc on red and blk lead of power on button. Brown middle lead on power on button is 3.2 vdc to ground. When power button pressed voltage goes to 0vdc. All readings are the same at the A board connector opposite the power button.

Last powered on 2011. Not sure if it has been exposed to power surges. I have kept it and finally have been able to troubleshoot the problem. All the info i gave has been based on previous troubleshooting scenarios with the same tv on this site and other web pages.
