I purchased a 4Ch AHD 1080P DVR QV-3164. I can manage to get the 1st screen only - not the Welcome screen. All lights flash & the HDD light flashes and then beeps 6 times. I took it back to the retailer - JAYCAR & the assistant got it to the Welcome screen with data etc and User name Password. Used 12345678 and it accepted it (a guess).
