Hi I cannot connect...

Hi I cannot connect to netflix or amazon prime on smarthub I have checked everything with my provider and it is not them I have a second tv that I can connect to and it works just the main set.. Please help me connect to main tv Jim

I'm not sure but a few days ago my main set had a window pop up that said my smarthub had been updated and a window ask me to run or cant remember the other option like later or something and as i was watching something at the time i made it go away. maybe that is the issue.
