Diagnostic main menu on a Samsung tv and the "7" to exit or the CH+/- to scroll doesn't work. Reset to factory 3 times, unplugged for an hour same result

Well its HDMI digital cable, all the menu work but when switching to HDMI I get the diagnostic main menu

Remote buttons, several got pressed inadvertantly
