Tv displays no signal. I have unplugged all cords and checked all plugs. If I unplug both cable box and tv and wait a minute, it comes back on fine. But if I turn off and go to work, when I return, it says no signal.
JA: What is the exact make and model of your tv? And how long has this been an issue?
Customer: Visio model D43-c1. For about a week. We had power outage a week ago as well. All other Visio Tv's work fine.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes, gives me option of HDMI
2, TV, Satellitte or COMP
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Issue for about a week. I unplugged wEverything and let cable box reset the signal and rebuild the scheduler list. Since I did that, it is on and I am watching news.
