We have recently added Amazon...
We have recently added Amazon fire to our electronics. We have had this issue in the past with this receiver and the same Direct TV box too. A movie or video will play but only the musical sound track is heard....no voice track. It seems like in the past I've been able to get it to work by pushing one of the audio buttons...movie, music, stereo etc. I just get a "not available" message on the receiver.

As per my understanding you are not getting voice track it is giving error message "not available" after connecting the amazon fire to your TV is it correct?
