Picture kept going off .. and took it to the mechanic .. now it says "JRM-service container has stopped

Technician's Assistant: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Remote worked well befor but now due to that nothing can be done passed that fault massage display

Does this message show regardless of the input/source you are using (aerial, cable/satellite, dvd, etc)?
Are you able to see the teacs own menu screens or does this error show over top of it too?
