Can not see Netflix on Smartviera market

Technician's Assistant: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Tv menu works can access u tube internet but not Netflix

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Just applied yesterday for membership apple tv works computer works

Ok, the issue it then the TV does not have a native netflix app. You said you had Apple TV connected to the TV correct?

If so, on the Apple TV, you should see the netflix app

Check for this and let me know how you go please
