Hello, I keep getting a message that there is no server connection and to check my network settings. I no longer have the manual so I need assistance please.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?

Vizio E500i-A1

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Yes menu works, this is the only tv in the house with this issue

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It was working on Sunday and tried to use it on Wednesday night and discovered the no serers were detected. Check your network connections.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Expert to know before I connect you?

No just need to get this tv working again
