JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: I will get the model series 5200. 21 months
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Everything works except for the sound
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Month. Nothing. The sound is on and then off for 45 seconds
JA: Anything else you want the Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Tonight we noticed that the sound cut out for shorter periods. But we are having a storm right now
