We have lost our...

We have lost our closed captioning on TV. I have gone to menu, then set up and it show that closed captioning is “ON”, but I do not see captioning when I return to the screen.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make and model of your machine? And how long has the screen been an issue?

Just this evingin. It is a Samsung. I do not know the model, but it is about 5 years old. I was using the ROKU earlier, but not now. I am on regular TV.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

I updated PBS account on ROKU. That’s all.
