Customer: returned from holiday today and had switched the skye plus box off so it is since 4pm

Were there any power cuts whilst you were away on holiday, that you are aware of?

Have you tried switching off, forced software update, planner rebuild and full reset?

If that doesn't work then the box has a fault and will need to be replaced.
