Hi Louie:
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Model # E500i-B1. Purchased in summer 2014
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The remote does not work. I put in new AAAbatteries but still no action.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It stopped working last week. I just got around to getting the batteries. Nothing spectacular happened that I recall.
