Hello...we recently changed cable providers and cannot get our Netflix to hook back up. Can you assist us with how to do this? We were told there should be a menu when we turn the t.v. on but, we cannot find this option. We have wyfy in the house.

I checked on this model TV but saw nothing for wifi (internet) so you must be getting netflix via a different device.
