I am unable to activate HBO GO on my TV. I contacted Spectrum and they said that I had to contact my TV provider.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Where would I find the model number?
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes, the TV menu works. No, it is sometimes difficult and takes awhile to connect to Netflix.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just purchased HBO yesterday. Netflix has been slow for about a year.
