I'm not really sure. The color is faded out and I can't good a good crisp picture. It's seems like it has a blue haze Almost
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: It's a D650i-B2 version V1.90.33.0836_133
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes and yes
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's been getting worse gradually. Nothing specific happened.
JA: Anything else you want the Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have 2 of those They are both similar but the other one isn't as faded out.

O.k then I`m afraid that there is but only two possible culprits here and one would be the t-con board or worse yet the lcd panel itself

The t-con itself is not very expensive at less than $40 if you are into this

Otherwise you could easily be looking at some $250 to have it replaced at home and right now it is not guaranteed to fix the problem but the only way to find out for sure would be to try it
