JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: LE40UBFHD
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes and the button is not working
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Please reboot the TV and any satellite or cable box you may be using by unplugging BOTH from wall-power wait 5 mins then re-plug back in again,let me know if there is any change please
