MY TV screen has a message "Failed to receive broadcast (E202). What's my problem?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: It's a 46 inch flat scrteen, Sharp HD TV.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The menu does not work
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: The TV was working after midnight, and when I tried to turn it on a few minutes ago, that was what showed up on the screen.
JA: Anything else you want the Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Another TV in another room is working!

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
