Hey Tim! Our Dynex DX-55L-150A11 shuts off after it has been cut on and running for a few minutes. Any idea how to troubleshoot this problem? - Bert
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: DX-55L150A11 is the Model # and TV is probably around 5 years old.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Everything works, it just shuts off after a few minutes and it is not in sleep mode.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It is a recent issue, about 3 days or so ago started doing it. Did not notice anything out of the ordinary, it just shuts off.
