I am not able...

I am not able to view the digital image of the movie or TV show on my TV. I am only see a blank space where the digital image should be showing.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?

I do not not know.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It happened a couple of days ago.
