i'm trying to get a code for a univ.remote. The TV reads weak or no signal. I have it on ch.3 but I think its in game mode.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: LN46A500TIF about 4yrs.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I don't know anything about the TV, I bought it used
