Thank you. Just a moment.

What happens if you put it on 16:9?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
doesn't fit wells so some stuffs get cut off on the edge of screen
Expert:  Michael Hannigan replied 2 months ago.

Sorry. What I mean is that if you turn it off, does it come back on in that mode?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
It always go back to 16:9
Expert:  Michael Hannigan replied 2 months ago.

Does it matter what input it is on? The reason I'm asking is that it should stay on Just Scan if the signal is compatible - meaning the native resolution of the screen.

Expert:  Michael Hannigan replied 2 months ago.

HDMI (720p/1080i/1080p) should be compatible.

Expert:  Michael Hannigan replied 2 months ago.

One more question - are you using the p. size on the remote or setting it in the picture menu of the TV?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Like I said, it used to stay at just scan but now, when Turn off and turn on the tv, it changes to 16:9
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I tried both remote and tv menu to change to just scan but still goes back to 16:9
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
When u restart the tv
Expert:  Michael Hannigan replied 2 months ago.

Is it connected to a receiver?

Also, is there any point at which the TV is NOT receiving an HD signal? Because when this happens, it will revert to 16:9.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
not connected to receiver. It's only used with computer so no point not to receive HD signal.
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
again, it's been working fine but just started doing this a week ago and nothing has been changed.

Expert:  crash2199 replied 2 months ago.

Have you tried a factory reset on the TV?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
but didn't work
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I mean, still the same issue
Expert:  crash2199 replied 2 months ago.

Did you try to adjust it after the factory reset?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Just tried but still the same
Expert:  crash2199 replied 2 months ago.

Have you tried to adjust the resolution on the computer?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Just tried but still the same
Expert:  crash2199 replied 2 months ago.

Unfortunately, I am out of ideas.

If the factory reset on the TV did not work and adjusting the resolution on the computer itself did not work either then I am not sure of the issue. I will send this question back to the expert pool. You will be notified when another expert replies.

Go into your computer's resolution settings. Set it to 640 x 480, then set the TV to Just Scan. I think the TV needs to see a 640 x 480P signal so the Just scan can fill the TV screen and remember the setting. In 1080 resolution it's locking onto the frame of the 1080 signal.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
There isn't 640x480 so I tried 800x600 but still the same
