I am having a problem with netflex and they told me that the TV needs to be updated. The model no XBR-43X830C

Technician's Assistant: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

It is about 1 and a half years old. Do you have a telephone no that I can talk to you?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

It keeps going to reset the email address and password

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
